DATA YOU CAN USE

Data is a fundamental part of any strategic program strategy. However, once you get that data, how do you evaluate and implement it? During the course, you will receive tools to help you develop an evaluation strategy for a specific program within your organization.

Time Commitment: one 4-hour session and one 3-hour session

Your team will use Mission Capital’s strategic planning framework to develop specific goals for your organization. We will help you craft and process key questions, approaches, and methods that are equitable and productive.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TRANSITIONS & HIRING

Using a Nationally recognized Prepare-Pivot-Thrive Leadership transition model, Mission Capital will walk your organization through a comprehensive assessment, gathering key stakeholder input to understand who your organization is, and the leadership needed to sustain your work. Based on this feedback, we’ll develop a custom leadership profile, identify where and how to post the position, and manage applications to ensure a streamlined process for your hiring team.

We use our Equity Hiring Framework to guide your hiring team. We rely on interview best-practices to support your process by managing scheduling, drafting interview questions, rubrics, and decision matrices to mitigate biases and ensure a seamless flow through the interview process. Once you have the candidate that’s right for you, we’ll coach your team through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring your newest leader is set up for success!

SUCCESSION MANAGEMENT  

Succession management is a holistic approach to prepare for leadership transitions. It includes preparing short and long-term plans alongside investing in the talent development of your people. We will work with your leadership and team to develop workshops and practices that help you address immediate succession planning needs through development of emergency succession plans (or continuity plans) for everyone in your organization.

Our team can help you plan for the transition of tenured leaders and staff, collaborating to develop departure defined succession plans and practices.
