RISING TOGETHER

ECOSYSTEM COLLABORATIONS

When we come together across our sector with a shared intent of advancing equity and opportunity, the results are multiplied — from innovative solutions for real-time issues to cultural shifts in priorities and accountability, which helps us all rise together.

COLLECTIVE IMPACT

In early 2021, we made the conscious decision to name this line of work Collective Impact – it was previously known as Aligned Impact. This shift is more than a coat of paint, it is a move to center community voice in our work. True collective impact work is a collaborative of shared power and decision-making with professionals and community members in determining the best ways to address community identified needs.

Our Collective Impact team manages the following collaboratives by providing backbone support through stakeholder engagement, project management, evaluation, and strategic guidance.

Good Measure is an association of philanthropic organizations who work together with community partners to creatively and strategically use data to amplify impact. They provide backbone support, by facilitating learning opportunities and convenings to increase our community’s access to data.

Good Measure is focused on using data equitably to build programs that are more impactful and successful. They support bold-thinking, strategic risk-taking, and innovative ideas that can lead to greater impact; and are partners with their grantees, so together they can be a powerful force for transforming lives.

 CHILD WELFARE

WE ARE PAUSING OUR CHILD WELFARE PROGRAM AS OF MARCH 17, 2023. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON HOW TO BE INVOLVED WITH OUR PARTNERS IN THIS AREA, READ OUR ANNOUNCEMENT.

Our Child Welfare adaptive leadership initiatives have made a paradigm shift to expand eco-support systems to broaden human centered engagement and well-being at the intersections of anti-oppression, anti-violence and child welfare. Our work involves an equitable and inclusive centralized infrastructure, committed cross-sector stakeholders such as philanthropist, political operatives, multidisciplinary service providers, educators, mental/physical health care, faith based, grassroot leaders, communities, and parents & caregivers with lived experiences.

Our goal is to co-design a structured process that leads to common agenda, shared measurement, continuous communication, and mutually reinforcing activities among all participants.

Shifting from isolated impact to collective impact requires a systemic approach to social impact that focuses on the relationships between organizations and the progress toward shared objectives.

Parents and guardians, connect with us to learn about future engagement opportunities.
