In the year+ that I’ve served as Membership Manager, it’s been an honor to get to know the nonprofit leaders and organizations that serve our community. The best part of my day is hearing from you about the amazing work you’re doing. I am often the first call that members make when they have questions or need help, and I take that responsibility seriously. In addition to learning more about your organization, I’ve also received feedback about members’ experiences. I’ve heard your thoughts, both good and bad, but a few themes emerged:
We hear you. And we want you to feel supported. So, we’ll be making changes to membership to ensure that Central Texas leaders, organizations and networks all feel connected and served. You’ll hear more in the coming months but for now, be on the lookout for a new membership model and packages to be debuted in January 2019.

As we move into the final months of 2018, I’ll share information about these packages and the membership structure that will better serve your needs. We’ll have listening sessions, previews with survey feedback, and I’ll meet in-person with many of you.
