Unveiling Our New Website & Program Pillars

It’s hard to believe, it’s fall... and as the seasons have been changing, so have we. You may recall last spring 2021, we shared highlights marking a new chapter in the life of our organization. Part of this transition included intentional listening and clarity around our communications. Our goal is to make it easier for everyone to understand and make the best use of the services we offer at Mission Capital.

For 20 years, Mission Capital has been serving nonprofits in Central Texas. Now, our equity-centered mission envisions an equitable and resilient sector where we all can thrive.

Our roots have grown and strengthened in these last two decades, and we are leveraging our relationships and lessons learned to bring about wide-reaching shifts in leadership supports, mutual accountability, funding, and accessible resources to create palpable change for your organization and the communities you serve.

We are delighted to share a refreshed Mission Capital website (complete with new jobs board), that outlines our program offerings, resources and ways to connect with us.

Who We Serve

From the personal to the collective, we provide multiple ways in which you can get the support you need to nurture your leadership, your teams and fulfill your mission-driven goals.

Leaders

We believe leadership resides in all of us. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or an established professional, we want to equip and connect you to timely and meaningful resources, support your empowerment and elevate your voice. We’ll work together to challenge the status quo and disrupt systems that are in need of major transformation.

Organizations

We unlock the full potential of your nonprofit to spark cultural shifts to address and advance race equity in your strategies, programming, structures, and community accountability.

Networks

We believe in the power of networks and are building a larger table to make room for more voices. Our goal is to create opportunity and bring an equity lens to our work as collaborations evolve and as communities co-create a collective vision.

How We Do It

Our newly unveiled pillars house all of our offerings and make it easy for you to find support, depending on your needs:

  • If you are a leader seeking individual and team leadership supports, look at our Personal Transformation pillar. If you are looking for meaningful peer support, check out our Community Cultivation pillar.

  • If your organization needs strategy and resources to fulfill its mission, you and your team will find support in our Organizational Resilience pillar.

  • If you want to be a part of a network that pushes the boundaries of our sector and seeks to create lasting change, we invite you to connect with us through our Ecosystem Collaborations pillar.

The Pillars

Our four pillars offer multiple ways to equip and connect you, including workshops, trainings, consulting opportunities, convenings and more.
