Rhanda Luna

With over 15 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership, Rhanda Luna is a strategic, trauma-informed executive dedicated to advancing equity, sustainability, and impact across the social sector. Her work spans the arts, education, disability inclusion, youth empowerment, and anti-violence initiatives, connecting philanthropy to systems change and community well-being.
Before joining Mission Capital, Rhanda led development strategy and corporate partnerships for organizations across Texas, guiding teams through growth and transformation with empathy and clarity. She is known for strengthening sustainability, rebuilding donor trust, and fostering values-based collaboration.
Rhanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Business from West Texas A&M University and a master’s in Nonprofit Management from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Leadership at Adler University, where her research centers on trauma-informed leadership and organizational well-being. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) candidate, Rhanda is passionate about advancing equity and healing-centered leadership across the nonprofit sector.
