Jenny DuFresne is the CEO/Founder, Leaders Transform, a leadership training platform. Her company helps CEOs and mid-level managers improve communication, build great teams, and create a thriving company culture. Over the past 8 years, her firm has served more than 3,500 leaders and teams around the globe. Her passion to train and support leaders comes from her 10-years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Impactful companies and thriving communities are built by leaders and great teams. Service is important to Jenny. She is the Board Chair of the Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce, as well as, a Board and Executive Committee member for Mission Capital in Austin, TX. She is the international bestselling author From Empty to Overflow, a leadership guide for women leaders to lead harmonious lives. She holds degrees from Harvard University and George Mason University.
