Mental Health and Wellness for Ourselves and Our Staff

As we enter month nine of the pandemic, we acknowledge that social distancing is taking a toll on us. These times are causing increased anxiety, stress, and worsening both chronic health issues and mental health conditions. It is important that we take time to care for ourselves and our families, and that our organizations take care of each other as well.

Below we have compiled resources around self- care, burnout, mental health and wellness that we hope will be useful for you to consider, share with your staff and board, and others in your network.

Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation. And that is an act of political warfare.” - Audre Lorde
