Announcing the new home for Mission Capital
Mission Capital Finds New Home at the Central Texas Community Foundation (CTXCF) within the newly established Center for Nonprofit Success
Central Texas - After 25 years of serving and strengthening nonprofits, Mission Capital announces that its programs and services will join the Center for Nonprofit Success, a newly formed joint initiative of the Central Texas Community Foundation and the Georgetown Health Foundation. The move will offer area nonprofits expanded access to capacity-building tools, resources, and training, in person and online.
"This is truly the next evolution of Mission Capital's mission," said Mission Capital board chair, Aaron DeLaO. "Twenty-five years ago, our organization was created to strengthen the skills and systems of nonprofits and help them deliver more effective and efficient impact to the community. We're excited to see The Center for Nonprofit Success build upon that mission, and more."
Launched in June, The Center for Nonprofit Success or The Center offers curated and accredited training, tools, and resources as well as an AI platform that helps nonprofits source vetted information and resources. One of the primary sources of these vetted materials is The Standards for Excellence Institute, a national initiative to assemble the highest standards and best practices in nonprofit operations.
With the addition of Mission Capital programming and expertise, The Center will add trusted, in-person training and consulting, offering Central Texas nonprofits additional support that is customized to their needs.

An Alignment of Evolving Missions
The Central Texas Community Foundation (CTXCF) was founded in 2004 to nurture and inspire philanthropy. CTXCF currently serves a 30-county area and has distributed over $42 million in grants to area nonprofits and has $38 million in assets under management. The Center for Nonprofit Success launched as a joint venture between CTXCF and the Georgetown Health Foundation (GHF), which saw the needs of the growing nonprofit.

Well regarded as the nonprofit organizations' source for employee and board training as well as its roster of expert consultants that support strategic planning, succession planning, and more, Mission Capital has been transitioning its programs to new homes this year to meet the demands of a nonprofit sector that is also evolving. Its signature We Thrive program, which provides support for nonprofit executives from under-represented communities, was transitioned to the nonprofit Measure, which helped create the program. And its stewardship of Good Measure, a program that helped nonprofits and funders apply data to improve services, will transition to Insights4Equity, an organization that supports nonprofit growth.
The Mission Capital Jobs Board will continue to serve as a vital resource for the nonprofit community and remains active and free to use on MissionCapital.org until further notice.

Moving Forward - How to Get Involved
The Mission Capital Jobs Board will continue to serve as a vital resource for the nonprofit community and will remain active on MissionCapital.org until it is incorporated into the new platform.

Mission Capital programs and materials will be migrating to this new home/platform in the near future.
Memberships are scaled to organization size and start at just $99 a year to support the entire organization – staff, board and volunteers.
