
Heather Goss, MSW
Program & Product Management
Heather is proud to have contributed to the missions of the American Cancer Society, the Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation, and the Alzheimer’s Association. She earned a master’s degree in social work and bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Heather has over twenty years of professional experience managing programs and products, volunteerism initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and community impact strategies.
She is passionate about building stronger community systems and aligning organizational goals with meaningful, measurable change. From leading cross-functional teams in developing inclusive nationwide products to overseeing community-wide philanthropic initiatives, Heather’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to social impact, health equity, and knowledge building.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two rescue pups. She volunteers at her kids’ schools and is a member of the Young Men’s Service League with her son. She is excited to join the Board at Mission Capital.
