Office Hours: Management & Team Issues

Office Hours are opportunities for Mission Capital nonprofit members to connect with Mission Capital experts and Social Venture Partners. Our inaugural session will be for members looking for support on management and team issues.

  • A nonprofit member with a specific challenge you need insight and advice on to advance your mission
  • An SVP who wants to advise or mentor nonprofits with specific challenges surrounding team management
 
FORMAT:
  • 1 Hour Sessions
  • Available on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • We’ll reach out in the weeks before to check in on your goals for the session
  • You’ll be matched with a Mission Capital team member or SVP who fits your needs

  • Figure out what information you need to walk away with for next steps
During
  • Be ready with your “elevator pitch”
  • Pinpoint your biggest challenge
  • Be clear with your questions and specific with your asks
  • Brainstorm next steps
After

  • Keep your contact updated with your progress
